Online selling
These general conditions of sale refer to purchases made electronically on the website glassing.it hereinafter also referred to as the "site".
Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
By placing the order and authorizing payment with the tools provided on the site, the customer declares to have read the general conditions of sale, delivery and payment and to accept them without any reservations. These general conditions of sale are an integral part of the sales contract between LAPATTI S.R.L. and the customer who is required to print and keep a copy on a durable medium.
Customer requirements to access the purchase of products
Having read and accepted the general conditions of sale. Be at least 18 years old. Power to enter into legally valid contracts. Being a consumer*.Have a valid email address and be the holder of a credit card or other form of electronic payment accepted by the site glassing.it
* «consumer»: any natural person who, by purchasing on the site www.glassing.it, acts for purposes that do not fall within the framework of his commercial, industrial, artisanal or professional activity.
Language
This contract is drawn up in Italian and is also available in English. The contents of the site comply with Italian laws and consequently with European laws implemented by Italy. Users from other countries acknowledge that the contents present on the site may not comply with the regulations in force in their respective countries, assuming full responsibility, in case of continuing navigation, of contravening the laws to which they are subject.
Currency
The prices of all items are offered in Euros and Dollars. Any support programs used to convert the values expressed in Euros and Dollars into other currencies are merely indicative and non-binding. LAPATTI S.R.L. is in no way responsible for the exchange policies and bank charges applied by the manager of your credit card.
Terms of payment
LAPATTI S.R.L. accepts payments by credit card (Visa - Mastercard) and Paypal with which it has signed appropriate agreements. At the time of the transaction, the customer will be redirected to a protected site managed directly by the banking system manager in order to protect customer safety. The personnel in charge or the programs in use do not allow you to view any secret codes required by the procedure. LAPATTI S.R.L. undertakes to refund any payments made in accordance with any changes to the orders received. The staff of LAPATTI S.R.L. will not, nor must it ever, ask you for the secret codes of your credit/debit card
Unavailability of items
LAPATTI S.R.L. declines all responsibility if the requested, confirmed and paid item is unavailable at the time of processing the order for any reason (for example, but not limited to: inadvertent damage by the operator, breakage of the product during packaging, discrepancies between electronic availability and real availability, theft etc.), LAPATTI S.R.L. will promptly notify the customer and will proceed to re-credit the payment received with the normal procedures provided by the credit card manager. If the product is not delivered within 30 days of the order confirmation notification, regardless of the reasons preventing such delivery, LAPATTI S.R.L. will re-credit the payment received and the customer will undertake to return the product delivered late. The parties have the right to agree new delivery times.
Shipping methods and delivery times
After confirming the order and verifying the success of the payment, LAPATTI S.R.L. will process the order. Transport to the customer's home will be carried out by third-party companies equipped with suitable logistics and transport structures which will deliver the goods in around ten days. In the case of orders received from non-EEC countries, LAPATTI S.R.L. reserves the right to proceed with the shipment, even though the order has been accepted and paid for, as particular customs procedures may be required or restrictive regulations related to the chosen product may be applied.
In this case LAPATTI S.R.L. will re-credit the payment received to the customer with the normal procedures established by the credit card manager. LAPATTI S.R.L. declines all responsibility for any delivery delays beyond its control that may be attributable to either LAPATTI S.R.L. and to third-party carriers in charge of transport such as, by way of example and not limited to: strikes, bad weather, accidents, detention orders from competent authorities, etc.
Returns, refunds and exchanges
You can return your order within 14 working days of receiving the aforementioned order, the costs incurred by us for shipping are excluded from the refund. Remember that any customs charges must not be borne by us, but paid in advance. If they are our responsibility, we will refuse the package. The refund will be issued within 10 working days of receiving your order at our warehouse.
If you wish to replace the glasses with a different model or colour, contact our customer support by writing to the address hq@glassing.it, In this case, shipping will have to be at your expense with any customs charges included. The glasses are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure you have carefully protected them for shipping so they do not get damaged. All returned items will be inspected, remember that they must be in their original packaging. In the unlikely event that your return is received in unacceptable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
Damaged/defective items
If a pair of glasses is not compliant because it was damaged during shipping or received defective, please contact our customer support by writing to the address hq@glassing.itwithin 10 working days of receiving your order. Please specify your order number and the reason why you intend to replace the glasses in your email, attaching photographic material. We will do our best to replace your glasses as quickly as possible. If it is possible to make a replacement we will ask you to return the damaged/defective product through our free returns service. After receiving the glasses and inspecting them, we will send you a new one at no charge.
Shipping
All our orders are shipped via our logistics partners Fedex and/or DHL. Depending on the shipping address, shipping will take 1-3 working days in Italy and 2-6 working days in all other countries.
